Never use random lenders with unrealistic terms from Facebook, the vast majority are phishing scams. There are more fake lender profiles on Facebook, than any other scam or spam.
Before giving information to any lender, thoroughly research them, check their listings online, verify their NMLS# and office address. It is highly recommended to use local lenders, who have been directly referred by reputable investors you know.

Presumably because of the number of negative reviews a name search on the company turns up.
